It is not a requirement that it is filled up, however, we suggest to the RV Owners that it is simplest if it is always full when the Renter arrives, and therefore it is expected that the renter will return it with a full tank of gas.\nThis limits any dispute over gas charges and insures that the Rrenter will get their full security deposit back (assuming there are no other issues, of course).
